As a resident of Orange County for over 25 yearsAmanda takes pride in servicing the real estate needs and desires of the Orange County community. 

Amanda was born in North Orange County and attended Rosary High School.  She continued her education at Chapman University earning a degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing and Management with the designation of Magna Cum Lade.

Based on Amanda's education in business coupled with her work experience in service related industries it was only natural for her to affiliate with Seven Gables Real Estate in 2002.  Seven Gables Real Estate is a company empowered by 30 years of experience with a reputation that sets the standards of excellence for the industry.

In 2005 Amanda experienced a banner year, which culminated in a solid top five ranking at the firm's North Orange County office.  With a sales increase over the previous year's production of 351%, Amanda earned the top Award for Most Improved Agent of 2005.
